Ok, so this is my personal blog. I don't do much here, yes, but it's still personal and I want to segregate this from my official site.
I go over to main domain provider, just to check if there are better domains. That's when I find it the renewal cost for this personal blog’s domain is over $20.
I got this domain (dot buzz) for $1.60. One dollar sixty. There was an offer of some sort and I didn't want to empty my pockets for something that probably won't reach anyone.
But this $20 is for blogfluencers (I came up with this term right now, thank me later). Not for a nobody. So here's my $18.40 idea: I buy dumb domains on offer every year and just reconfigure my Vercel to point to the new domain. The content stays the same, because Nobellium.
Great idea in my humble, honest opinion.
N.B.: The title says ‘24 because I'm sure there's going to be a problem, earliest next year. See ya then.
Update [08-Jul-2024]: Got a dot lat domain for $1.60 that sounds like a pun.
