I’ve always liked to play games. I liked that there was always a way to beat it, always a way to win.
I had one of those knock-off gaming consoles that just looked like a full size keyboard, had controllers that looked like dualshocks but without the analog sticks and had cassettes for the games.
I beat Super Mario bros (NES version) a few dozen times. Used to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Contra IV and Adventure Island. I used to play Adventure Island like crazy, never finished it though.
I've never had a gaming console after that. I didn't stop playing games however, played (cracked) PC games until I started to earn, felt wrong after.
And today. Well, not exactly today. I own a Sony PS5. I am elated, more than happy and waiting to spend all my money on games instead of saving it. It's a lot of fun to be very honest. To finally own a legit gaming console, all by myself.
I am super happy!
